This kit is improved, the heating block has been upgraded to Chromium-Zirconium Copper-Nickel surface treatment, high temperature resistance, fast heat dissipation.
The radiator and heatbreak can be disassembled and locked using a shaft and worms.
The heatbreak tube for guiding the filament into the nozzle is made of highly durable TC4 Titanium and thus improves the thermal insulation of the heating element and cooler.
The inner sides of the filament guide tube are polished to a roughness of Ra0.4.
The nozzles are hardened steel, they are suitable for materials with carbon or glass fibers.
The nozzle is installed with a thread and after tightening the gap between the nozzle and the rest of the assembly disappears completely. This will prevent any filament jamming.
This type of hotend Allows nozzle replacement. The nozzle is not integrated into the heatblock.
