Our e-shop www.turtle3d.com, MrCode, spol. s ro, IČO: 44176601, with its registered office at Mostná 2, 949 01 Nitra, registered in the Commercial Register court in Nitra sro no. 22510 / N, (hereinafter referred to as the "controller") clearly and openly declares that he processes your personal data in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data on free movement repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). We respect your right to privacy. In the interest of transparency, this policy provides detailed information about what personal data we process, for what purpose, for how long, to whom we provide it further, what your rights are and much more.

I. The protection of personal data is a priority for us in everything we do

Your trust is important to us. We respect your control over your personal data and digital content and it is our priority to prevent any unauthorized access to them. We only request information that is necessary for us. We use the double opt-in function to verify your e-mail.

What personal data do we request from you?

We collect personal data that you provide to us, for example, in the case of an order, purchase evaluation, goods, etc. It is not possible to make a purchase with us without providing the required data. Personal data that you provide to us voluntarily wherever we ask you for consent, e.g. when registering, when sending a newsletter, discussion, review and more, to the extent specified therein.

How do we use your personal data?

2.0.3. when sending business information without making a purchase, discussion, contact form, advice, questions about products, etc. for a period of one year,

2.0.4. or for a period stipulated by law (data stated on the tax document for a period of 10 years, fulfillment of a legal obligation).

If you do not agree to the extension of the processing time, your personal data will be deleted.

 

II. We will protect you

We improve services. We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. We are constantly adapting our security measures in line with technological progress and development. To make card payments with us as secure as possible, all information is sent in encrypted form using the SSL protocol. This means that the information passes through a secure connection and your credit card information cannot be read by external parties. When paying by card, we cooperate with an authorized payment intermediary, who helps us directly in your bank to verify that the card is valid for purchases. We do this through our services and by sharing information with you. The data we have collected from you is only stored in the territory of the European Union.

To provide you with even better services and relevant news, we collect information about how our applications are used. IV. We select service providers we can trust

We are part of an internet company in which we cannot exist without external providers. V. What are your rights?

You have the right to request information about what personal data we hold about you (free of charge once a year). If this information is incorrect or incomplete, you can ask us to correct or remove this information. We cannot delete your data if we are prevented from doing so by legal data retention regulations, such as the Accounting Act or other valid reasons such as outstanding debts. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time (Article 7 (3) of the GDPR), the right to request access to your personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR), the right to correct them (Article 16 of the GDPR) or the deletion (Article 17 GDPR), the right to limited processing (Article 18 GDPR), to object to the processing (Article 21 GDPR), you have the right to transfer this data to another controller (Article 20 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for the Protection personal data if you think that our company is in breach of the GDPR when processing personal data (Article 77 of the GDPR). Privacy

1. Personal data are processed in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.

2. The operator does not provide personal data of the buyer to a third person, except for the selected transport company that ensures the delivery of goods or services, or state authorities in the case of control, or intermediary on the basis of a mutual contract concluded under Act no. 18/2018 Coll.

3. The operator is obliged to secure personal data before making them available to unauthorized persons, by taking appropriate technical and organizational measures. Also, all employees of the operator are obliged to observe confidentiality in relation to personal data.

4. The person concerned shall have the rights defined in § 19 et seq. Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended, namely:

a) the right to information which is fulfilled by these content and business conditions,

b) the right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject - § 21 of the Act lies in your right to request how and for what purposes your data is processed, and you can address this request to the contact e-mail.

c) the right to correct personal data - § 22 of the Act allows you to correct personal data if they are out of date,

d) the right to delete personal data - you will use § 23 of the Act if you are not interested in the operator continuing to process personal data,

e) the right to restrict the processing of personal data - § 24 of the Act you will exercise in case if you think that personal data have been processed in violation of the law,

f) the right to object to the processing of personal data - § 27 of the Act,

g) the right to the transfer of personal data,

(h) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in relation to the processing of personal data.

5. The Operator obtains from the Buyer the following personal data: title, name, surname, address, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address, which are processed for the purpose of correct processing of your order. This personal data is stored for 10 years for archiving purposes. As part of the order processing, personal data is processed for the purpose of issuing invoices, issuing stock (delivery) letters, providing transport as well as accounting in accounting.

6. This site records your IP address, time information, how much time you spend browsing those sites, and information about which sites you come to us from. Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and are also used to measure site traffic and customize the display of the site, and thanks to these files we can offer you a better service. Therefore, we perceive these files as our legitimate interest. Some cookies are third-party files, e.g. Youtube, Google etc.

7. You can delete cookies at any time or set their collection directly in the Internet browser settings. If you want to refuse the collection of cookies, set this in your internet browser.

8. If the buyer has agreed to the processing of personal data in the e-shop for the purposes of e-mail marketing, he has agreed to the sending of e-mail messages to the contact e-mail address.

9. Personal data for e-mail marketing purposes to the extent of name and surname, e-mail address are provided for a period of five years. This personal data is not provided to third parties.

10. The buyer can revoke his consent at any time by sending an Appeal with the processing of personal data, which we immediately delete. You can also log out by unchecking the box in the user's user account (if the buyer has requested the creation of a user account). We will no longer use the personal information you provide for us for email marketing purposes.

11. If the buyer has agreed to the processing of personal data in the e-shop for the purposes of SMS marketing, he has agreed to the sending of SMS messages to the contact telephone number.

12. Personal data for SMS marketing purposes in the range of name and surname, telephone number are provided for a period of five years.
