Sovol SH02 Dryer

Sovol SH02 filament dryer is a practical box designed for drying and safe storage of 3D printing filaments. It helps maintain the optimal moisture level of the material, resulting in higher print quality.

The dryer can hold:

• two filament spools up to 200 × 70 mm,
• or one larger spool up to 200 × 150 mm.

Easy operation with a clear touchscreen display

The intuitive touchscreen allows you to easily set the drying temperature and time according to the filament type. Preset modes are available for PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, ASA, PVA, PC, PA, and PP, ensuring optimal drying conditions without manual configuration.

The display continuously shows all important information:

• selected material type,
• set temperature,
• remaining drying time,
• current humidity inside the box,
• current internal temperature.

Even drying with an efficient heating system

The box features a 150 W PTC heating element that reaches approximately 59 °C in about 7 minutes and a maximum temperature of 70 °C in around 25 minutes. An integrated fan provides 360° hot air circulation, ensuring even heat distribution throughout the entire chamber.

Safety features

For enhanced safety, the device is equipped with overheating protection. If the PTC heater temperature exceeds 130 °C, heating is automatically switched off. Once it cools below 90 °C, operation resumes automatically.

The system also alerts the user with an audible alarm if a fan malfunction occurs or if excessive temperature is detected at the fan outlet.

Dry while printing

Sovol SH02 can be used not only to dry filaments before printing but also during the 3D printing process. After printing, it also serves as a sealed storage box for long-term filament storage.
